Architectural Technologist Jobs
An architectural technologist is responsible for assisting architects, engineers and project managers; working with designers to provide redline drafting; preparing detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural designs; making use of computers and architecture related softwares; attending project related meetings and/or training sessions; assisting in preparation of training documents; helping others in meeting project deadlines; visiting clients\' project sites and premises; making various views of project buildings; preparing schematics and performing other tasks assigned by an architectural engineer or architectural manager. An architectural technologist typically reports to an architectural engineering manager or architect.
An architectural technologist should have a bachelor\'s degree in architecture engineering. Excellent academic credentials are essential. Prior experience as an architectural technologist may be advantageous. Strong ability to visualize graphics and interpret things quickly is essential.
