We offer complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design/construction services for companies throughout the manufacturing sector as well as a variety of public, private, and institutional clients. Our professionals will perform a thorough analysis of your systems and utilize proven methods to optimize performance.n nAt CHA, the Project Manager I works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure.n nAdditionally, this position also coordinates contracts with the clients and subcontractors, manages purchase orders, and oversees all other project related documents. They are responsible for all project financials and subcontractor payments, clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, and attends monthly project review meetings with operations.n   nThe Project Manager I - Building Design develops project specific health and safety plan in coordination with health and safety manager and is responsible for verifying that projects meet required QA/QC compliance as determined by Quality Management Plan.n nAt CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams.
