Qualifications : The CPM shall have a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, physical science, or construction management. The CPM shall have either: A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience as a Base Civil Engineer or Deputy Base Civil Engineer on a U.S. Air Force installation, or the equivalent position with another DoD service (Air Force experience is preferable); or A minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience as a contracted program manager or deputy program manager at a major U.S. military installation for a base maintenance contract or base operating services (BOS) contract (Air Force experience is preferable). -MustbeaUSCitizenwiththeability toobtainandmaintain aUSGovernment SECRET clearance ( ** This position is contingent upon contract award. **)
