The Sr. Account Manager will report to the Business Unit Operations Manager and will be responsible for sector and account plans with advance manufacturing clients in industries such as solar, semiconductor, data center, silicon, and battery manufacturers.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Provides the vision and project control to grow the business.Develops and maintains important long-term professional relationships with major existing and new targeted clients to maximize the awareness of SSOE services and, thereby, obtains new business for all divisions in all offices.Develops and executes a marketing/business development plan for assigned new and existing clients, which includes objectives, assignments, and budgetary information.Supports customer maintenance and business development activities and assists project managers in preparing proposals.Verifies that the other project managers have defined the Quality, Budget and Schedule (QBS) requirements for each project and monitors progress to ensure the QBS key measures are met.Determines the specific operating group, division, subsidiary or existing client to be cultivated, and sets specific goals for each.Reviews and approves project leader's project change orders prior to submitting to project manager.Prepares and monitors project work schedules and projected workload schedules for department/project staff.Assures staffing and resources are available such that the studio can meet project requirements.Identifies strengths and weaknesses of department/project personnel to identify and prioritize training needs.Responsible for department/project employee relations activities with the assistance of the Human Resources Department.Coaches, directs, coordinates, facilitates and supervises department/project personnel.Travel required.Valid driver's license required.
