We’re seeking to add an experienced team leader to our studio, someone who will work directly and collaboratively with the firm partners and project teams to advance the design and delivery of our clients’ projects. This is a project architect/project management level position, requiring at least 5-10 years of experience working for an architecture or related firm.
For this position, we are specifically looking for the following experience:
A deep background in civic and institutional projects.
A history of project leadership, including leading multidisciplinary consultant teams through complex, challenging, fast paced projects. Your experience should include the broad spectrum of project phases including programming through post-construction.
A history of design leadership, including the ability to build upon and develop designs holistically.
Someone who makes appropriate value judgments at all stages of the project.
