Our client - a General Contractor based out of Northern VA - is hiring for multiple Area Superintendents. They work on projects ranging from hotels, office buildings, data centers, airports, health care, multifamily, government, schools, sports facilities, and labs. A majority of these projects are $100M in value. Pay : $100,000 Placement: DIRECT PLACEMENT Location: D.C., Maryland, Virginia Responsibilities : Support the Project Superintendent in the daily coordination and direction of the project. Manage subcontractors, field engineers, foreman, crews, and working with the client directly.
