AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Intermediate Architect for immediate employment for the San Francisco, CA office
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Work independently and lead a project team in developing architectural design, with minimal oversight from the creative director
Develop strong innovative design concepts including technical solutions to make the design feasible
You will work in a team environment and coordinate directly with engineers and consultants.
Promoting excellence and proactively contributing to the studio culture.
7 years’ experience
Familiarity with local building codes
Affinity with developing details and experience in construction documents
Ability to lead integrated design teams of varying sizes to accomplish project delivery from concept through construction document completion and may perform construction administration
Fluency in English is mandatory, another other language is an asset
Proficiency with Revit
Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Adobe Suite skills
Confidence in working in a complex environment
