Job Title: Lead Building Engineer Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Lead Building Engineer in Reston, VA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise a building operations and maintenance crew of 4. Operate BAS system Direct Digital Controllers (DDC) Low voltage wiring. Perform routine building maintenance, electrical and plumbing tasks as required Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, mechanical and electrical plans. Diagnose and make electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs to the sites HVAC equipment. Follow safety guidelines. Qualifications: BAS experience required. HVAC License preferred Electrician License preferred Locksmith License preferred \r
