STV currently has an opening in our New York, NY Buildings and Facilities division for an
Administrator will work on NYC School Construction Authority K-12 projects. The
Administrator will be a full-time on-site resource and participate in regular meetings with the contractors and client, observe the work under construction, note discrepancies to the construction documents, and solve field issues. The selected candidate will also work in-house with STV staff to respond to RFI's, review Shop Drawing Submittals, and direct or assist in the preparation of any Bulletins that may be required.
The ideal candidate should have 10 years of experience as an Architect working on municipal and public agency projects. An understanding of SCA standards and procedures is extremely desirable. A Bachelor of Architecture and Registered Architect is required. A LEED accredited professional is a plus.
Expert in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Construction Administration software, and familiarity with the SCA website.
