Description
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. seeks an Architect to join its Commercial Practice Group located in Washington DC. The position is focused on large-scale and retail mixed-use projects in the US and internationally.
Responsibilities
Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
Assists with design and construction document preparation
Revises drawings and provides design solutions for project elements
Conducts research for the project team
Produces graphic presentations
Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
Provides technical guidance to junior staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Master's degree in Architecture preferred
4 years of Architecture experience working for a large firm focused on large scale commercial projects preferred
Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
Maintains effective communication with project team members
Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
Fluent in Mandarin both in written and conversational communication preferred
LEED accreditation preferred
