As a Structural Design Engineer, you\u2019ll have the chance working with other members of the structural team to deliver projects of varying complexity and size. During your time with us, you will be responsible for daily tasks involved in design of facilities and structures. Under supervision from more senior staff, provide design support on facility and infrastructure design projects. This includes performing actual design tasks and coordinating design and construction activities. Develop design criteria such as gravity loads, wind and seismic. Perform calculations for design of structural members of steel, concrete and masonry. Possesses a thorough knowledge of statics, strength of materials, finite element modeling, and building\/structure systems. The minimum qualifications for this position are: \u2022 MS graduate Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis, from ABET accredited school \u2022 Experience with structural analysis software (i.e., STAAD, RAM, Structural Point, etc) \u2022 EIT certification \u2022 0 to 2 years\u2019 experience \u2022 US citizen with current Driver\u2019s License (US State) The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: \u2022 Experience in 2D AutoCAD drafting and 3D\/BIM modeling.
