to join our Building and Construction team in York, PA

The Manager - Project/Curtain Wall Testing
will support the Building and Construction business by managing day-to-day operation of the Project/Curtain Wall Testing department, maintaining and developing client relationships and setting and delivering on financial performance goals of department.
We are looking for a candidate who has working knowledge of every facet of curtain wall testing including equipment/facilities, test methodology and specifications, somebody who is technically competent to effectively communicate test procedures, specifications and results with customers, consultants and specifiers.
Interface with customers and project teams in pre-proposal, proposal, execution and completion phases
Manage the department financial performance by developing a budget, providing accurate revenue and expense forecast and evaluating subsequent P&L statements
Follow and enforce safety requirements and company policies
Manage, mentor and support team members
Attend and participate in industry meetings as required
Minimum Associate Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other related degree
Ten years of experience in building products design, evaluation, testing and/or certification
Knowledge of curtain wall mockup performance testing and/or curtain wall design and fabrication is desirable
Experience in project management and department leadership
Working knowledge of every facet of curtain wall testing including equipment/facilities, test methodology and specifications
Technical competency to effectively communicate test procedures, specifications and results with customers, consultants and specifiers
Ability to travel
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
