**Job Description:**

Experience with migrations, administrative tasks, request tickets, incident tickets, troubleshooting.

Able to install, configure, and troubleshoot software

Experienced in Developer, Report Services, OLAP, Command Manager, Enterprise Manager, Distribution Services, System Manager.

Proficient in UNIX, Linux, and Windows.

Experience in Microstrategy development is a plus Needs knowledge of Oracle and other Relational Databases.

Preferred experience with: Mobile, SDK, Autosys, LDAP, & Active Directory.

Must be a team player, work within a diverse team of onshore/offshore resources, provide documentation, to be able to teach others what you learned, and be open to learn from others.

Person will be part of the on call support rotation; for weekend and nights when needed.

Knowledgeable of other BI tools such as Cognos/Tableau.


5 years of MicroStrategy Administration in installation/configuration/upgrades/troubleshooting of I-Server/Web Server/Narrowcast Servers

4 years technical understanding of systems infrastructure equipment as servers and storage systems, software including server operating systems

Linux experience preferred

SDK experience a Big Plus

Ability to reason logically and creatively and think outside the box

Ability to learn and utilize new technologies

Clearly communicate ideas and recommendation, and to ability to document process and procedures for others to follow.

Must be a team player, and work as part of a large team. Willing to collaborate with others on ideas and feel open to express ideas

Ability to be on call during weekends and nights, during assigned weekends.

_Enterprise Role Overview_

_Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations, as well as mentor junior band 5 Architect 1's. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel. Typically 7 or more years of architecture experience._
