The company employs over 54,000 people and operates in more than 25 countries around the world. ** Position is\u00a0pending contract award ** The contractor shall define and develop test programs, plans, and procedures, conduct testing, and evaluate and document results in briefings and reports for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms. Such testing includes hardware and software component testing, subsystem and system level development testing, system compatibility testing, acceptance testing, functional testing, integration testing, full qualification testing, field-testing and evaluation, environmental tests and stress screening, electromagnetic interference testing, electromagnetic compatibility testing and TEMPEST, flight-testing, and air-worthiness testing. The contractor shall participate in test efforts, and related planning efforts, for PM PNT products and PNT supported clients and platforms. The contract shall prepare, review, evaluate, update, and staff test documentation such as Test Evaluation Master Plans, Test Readiness Review Briefings, test plans, test procedures, and test results. (CDRL A012) The contractor shall provide briefing materials, updates, and attend technical and program reviews, including events leading to the review, and events after the review (i.e. Software Specification Review, System Requirements Review, System Functional Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review.) (CDRLs A008, A009, A012, A013) The contractor shall attend in integrated product teams and working groups; and shall provide inputs to Integrated Master Schedules, Risks, and budgeting processes. The contractor shall assist in drafting Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Performance Specifications, and associated solicitation documentation and provide technical advice and assistance regarding proposal evaluation. Qualifications \u00a0Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Systems Engineering and a minimum of ten (10) years of systems engineering experience for DoD systems.Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS) experience or other requirements management software experience required. Must be able to obtain and maintain\u00a0a U.S. Security Clearance. Essential Functions Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require filing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required.Work EnvironmentAn inside and outside environment (considerations: closed quarters, close together, lighting). Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and all levels of management. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions. Equipment and MachinesAbility to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, fax machine and other equipment including desk supplies and other work related tools as required.AttendanceRegular hours will be between Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. \u2013 5:00 p.m. Regular attendance of scheduled hours is extremely important, but not critical, except for deadlines and meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.Other Essential FunctionsMust demonstrate professional behavior at all times when dealing with customers, management and co-workers. Must have clear, concise and accurate communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk to employees or others. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Independent personal transportation to office or work site is required. Travel to and from customer\u2019s locations and the test fields may be required to support projects. This may involve airline travel. In some cases, accommodations can possibly be made for POV, if necessary. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, must wear seat belt and in addition, no cellular devices are to be used when vehicle is in motion. He has 35 years of experience in the exhibition, marketing and distribution of American independent and international cinema in the U.S. He is perhaps best known as the founding film buyer for the Angelika Film Center in New York City which under his supervision (from opening day in 1989 until 1997) became the highest grossing art cinema in the country. He was the Managing Director and Film Buyer of the Paris Theatre from 1998 to 2009. At present, he programs over 50 movie theatre screens across the country.
