The Project Manager is directly responsible for managing client relationships and members of project teams, resulting in work that is completed on-time, profitably, and of award-winning caliber. Project Managers take the lead in the overall financial management of projects, while also coordinating safety, schedule, and contracts. Strong candidates will demonstrate an ability to take the lead in the strategy and execution of projects, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships that yield future work. Our Project Managers mentor members of their teams and actively foster an environment of on-going learning and career development.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related field
5 years of progressively responsible general contracting experience, including at a minimum, verifiable ongoing responsibility for and management of successful single projects over 5M or multiple projects totaling at least 15M annually
Ability to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem-solve
Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, Timberline, P6 and Prolog
