Job Description
Dewberry Architects Inc. is seeking an energetic Business Development Lead for their Tulsa office. We are looking for an experienced business development professional that has working knowledge of the Tulsa market, an understanding of the Texas market would be advantageous. The ideal applicant will be degreed and have a minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in business development, ideally in the A/E or related fields.

Required Skills & Required Experience
This position does offer flexibility of schedule to meet both personal and assigned after hour responsibilities.
You will be assigned task that draw on existing skills while challenging you to help us grow and develop our architectural client base in healthcare, education, municipal and federal market place. The ideal candidate desires to be on a team to collaborate with experienced architects and marketing leaders to follow and initiate introductions in a growing market that we have been a part of in Tulsa for 60 years.
This person is a self-starter and is comfortable working alone or with others to generate and nurture relationships leading to business. The selected candidate has the skill to look ahead and build on to their past experiences. Regular responsibilities will include research, establishing meetings with prospective clients, and attending company and client functions with regular reporting on leads and plans for progressing pursuits. Learning and understanding the Dewberry capabilities and connecting existing work to future clients.
This position and office offers a small team environment with the advantage of career advancement within a national design firm.
Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
