NISC III program is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Washington, DC and support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)'s Computer Aided Engineering Graphics (CAEG) Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating team support to meet the goals and objectives of the Program Office. The candidate will support the CAEG P.O and the Program Manager on multiple projects and CAEG initiatives including in the areas of planning, development, and the implementation of systems & solutions. Responsibilities include monitoring of the projects, their issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. The PM shall also work with the team to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and solving problems with team members and customers.
Qualifications - External
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience
Knowledge and experience working with BIM solutions like Revit or AECOsim.
Knowledge and experience working with AutoCAD or MicroStation
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Solutions(EDMS) like ProjectWise and Autodesk's Vault
Project Management experience managing multiple projects
Ability to prepare and provide to the customer briefing packages of the projects, new initiatives and proposed business cases
Experience participating in meetings to discuss project execution, schedules, technical performance, and providing recommendations for improvements, as appropriate.
Experience in conducting research on specified topics, determining conclusions, and presenting the results in a logical and concise manner
Experience in reviewing and comparing reports and summarizing them for upper management
Ability to organize and gather data, conduct analysis, prepare reports and organized documentation without assistance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as a part of a specialized team that handles various aspects of CAD, BIM, drafting, Document Management and other systems and solutions
Additional qualifications (Desired)
Master s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with 7 years of experience
Knowledge and experience working with BIM solutions like Revit and
Knowledge and experience working with AutoCAD and
