The role of a Job Captain entails assisting the Project Manager by leading the consultants and internal resources, maintaining project drawings, and processing documentation during construction. The role requires good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
The preferred qualifications for a Job Captain are:
3 years of experience in the field of Architecture
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
Autocad and Revit skills
Knowledge of building codes
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
