BIM Modelers/Architectural Designers may be graduates of a technical school or will have some architectural background. They may or may not be on a career path toward becoming a licensed Architect. Important attributes include: Dedication; orientation to client service; excellent people, organizational, and communications skills; proficiency in Revit; ability to work as a member of a team and to work on multiple projects at a fast pace.1. Experience working with Revit 2012 or newer.2. Knowledge and coordination of architectural building components and systems.3. Experience in multi-discipline collaboration4. Knowledge and familiarity of architectural drawing practices and standards5. Will be responsible for assisting in the development of Revit models6. Demonstrate the ability to work in a group setting towards timely completion of tasks.7. Ability to QC your own work and maintain office standards8. Have an eye for graphic presentation and drawing composition9. BIM Modeling a. Provide BIM/REVIT project kick-off information. b. Provide daily model management and maintenance, c. Content creation d. Support linked views and others in multiple models situation. e. Integration of REVIT products with other applications f. Solid understanding of architectureg. Develop designs utilizing BIMh. Work under direction of design professional and Project Coordinatori. Ensure construction documents accuracy based on BIM Modeling. j. Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model challenges. k. Adhere to BIM execution plan l. Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. m. May take the lead on developing some discipline specific BIM modeling content for project. n. Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews. o. Prepare model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings. p. Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally. q. High level of communication. r.
