to work on inspiring and significant projects in and around Los Angeles, California.
Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinate all project efforts in order to ensure effective execution;
Serves as a primary contact with client, external consultants and vendors
Manage multiple medium projects from design through construction closeout
Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects
Develop project work plans, estimate scope of work, establish budgets and project schedules;
Monitor fees, contracts, and billings
Desired Skills And Experience
10 years of relevant experience;
Completion of five or six-year accredited architectural program or graduate of four-year architectural program;
Licensure preferred but not required;
Knowledge of Revit 2017 is preferred but not required;
Knowledge of building codes and structures;
Extensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices;
Excellent communication and the ability to lead and mentor a team;
Experience in leading the completion of architectural design projects
