Senior Architect Project Manager Jobs

A Senior Architect Project Manager should take responsibility of planning, implementing, and closing of any projects combined with administering the field of architecture. Their duties involve coordinating the work of design team and consultants who contribute in a project along with handling matters concerning budget, scheduling, quality control, and interacting with clients on a daily basis. The Senior Architect Project Manager should also be clear about certain project objectives, including building of project requirements and managing the three essential factors related to any project such as cost, time, and quality.

Senior Architect Project Manager should also be a Licensed Architect, proficient in Design and Development, excellent Team Management and Marketing Skills, and able to work under deadlines and manage project budgets. She/he should also know that representing clients will be a part of their project and they should be able to able to determine and execute the exact needs of the client based on the knowledge of the firm they are representing and ensuring that cost, time, quality and above all, client satisfaction are effectively realized.
