Architectural Project Manager Jobs description
The architectural project manager jobs are one of the most coveted positions in the architectural community. Getting such a designation means that the architect is a highly qualified and successful.Architectural project manager jobs require a candidate to be good at managing, administering and overall coordinating projects from start to finish. The candidate should have a good understanding of the local building codes, various state and local government rules and also a good understanding of all the building materials and systems. Getting a LEED Certification is preferred by several companies because of the growing demand for environmentally friendly designed buildings.
Candidates for architectural project manager jobs also have to know AutoCAD, MS Office and have at least an undergraduate degree in architecture or related field. The project manager must be able to develop budgets and do all the other project manager tasks. He should be able to handle client contacts and be able to execute the project on time.
